In the last 12 months, HMT approved new Government Guidance for the art market, there has been an avalanche of Sanctions and Bans against Russians, and new Money Laundering Regulations have gone into effect. Some of these changes are of great consequence for the art market, and others are not.
On Wednesday 12 October, Rena Neville, Lead AML Consultant of the Art Division at FCS Compliance, will talk exclusively to LAPADA members about these recent changes and what they mean for those working in the industry.
Former Global Compliance Director at Sotheby’s, Rena is a renown AML industry expert with a unique combination of international art world, legal and business experience built on a 30-year career.
In this timely, 1 hour session, Rena will help LAPADA members get clarity on the legal obligations and provide practical advice on how to keep their businesses protected.
