“Very informative with a helpful Q&A session.“
Agents were invited to submit their AML questions on registration so these could be addressed by Lead AML Consultant at FCS, Malcolm Driscoll, during the live Q&A session.
The volume received was substantial and resulted in the extension of the event so that a greater number of queries could be covered and further support could be provided. As one registrant commented:
“Compliance seems the largest area of concern in our industry now.”
“Easy to digest information, presenter was fantastic.“
“Malcolm was extremely informative.“
As well as responding to agents’ questions, the webinar provided vital guidance on some of the more topical areas of AML, including: what agents need to know when it comes to handling Suspicious Activity Reports, the new economic sanctions and why robust CDD processes are essential, the potential risks faced by those who chose to turn a blind eye to their legal obligations, and how HMRC are returning to on-premise inspections.
“Very impressed with Malcolm Driscoll and would be happy to see more of him and his company.“
